you don’t need to know everything about the US Dollar to support it and use it.

why would you with Bitcoin?

Using, building, educating, asking questions… all of these are supporting the growth of a currency.

I was good at math as an electric engineer, but my brain is boiling when I see that "discrete functions" ECC cryptography and so on.

It was half a year until I recognized it. But I completely forgot...
