God is the "Lamb slain from the foundation of the world." He imposes limitations upon his omnipotence in order to give us an opportunity to participate in his plan for perfect creation. This also allows us to be transformed into more perfect and godlike children with every experience, since it is the only reason that there is anything to think about or do in the world.

God's sovereignty is absolute. Man's ability to act within the bounds of Creation in no way threatens it. Even as we are "free" to act, God knows how we will before hand, and thus knows the people who will turn to Him.
