You've probably reached out to their customer service, but in my N=1 experience they were very helpful in fixing a screwup that was my fault.

I'm a customer. if they are closing accounts because of a political statement, let alone because of your faith, maybe I don't want to be a customer. They give you a reason, I'd like NOSTR to know.
It was immediate upon account creation. I might have done something wrong in signup, but twice? And their reply was, basically, 'we've decided not to do business with you.' "Well...ok, that's your prerogative, but...mind if I ask why?"
