But, I could see this being the play, assuming there are very powerful wealthy people with the ability/means to make it happen. It’s exactly what I would do.

Not only that but I’d have Gary write a very negative & strongly worded rejection initially. A punch in the gut. Proof that he is independent & not owned by anyone.

More time for the wealth shift forcing many Holders to become Sellers, only to buy the ETF once approved.
