Adobe Reader! Totally bloated just to look at a document? And no, I don't want the free trial for editing pdf files. 😆

Pdf editing must be a free product. Cheapest license to do that via Adobe app is $24/m, and it's way expensive.

State of their software is bloatware. I'm thinking same as you.
