There are lots of good cuts of meat too that Butchers often will throw away , oxtail for example .
Facts! I love oxtail. My next ask is gonna be sheep fat tail. You can eat that alongside raw lamb liver with mint leaves and a bunch of spices. It’s a Lebanese breakfast, absolutely delicious.
