The role is deputy to my manager so a step up from where I am currentely. Up against a good dude who is also in the same role as me and is as good at what he does as I am. Its going to be a close one!

Finished about 15mins ago, was a half hour test and an hour interview. I think it went well! No prompts or anything from the panel.

Issue is, I have serious competition, so iv just got to hope I covered enough points!
