idk if this is state by state, im not an expert and the name of the bureau escapes me right now but i know in new york state they do not need a warrant to go thru your freezer
and that's simply weird to me
cos a great overabundance of deer
as in: you would think you simply would not bother to allocate resources to enforcement of deer tags to deer taken
unless we are talking like a huge multinational deer jerky company that clearly is a massacre meat grinder or something else clearly highly unusual and making big profit
im just talking personal use
as in: makes a huge difference if a family of six can supplement groceries in the winter with a couple deer too
im saying subsistence hunters should not ever be stressing a knock at the door
that just creates animus where there was no need to create it
as in: why would that be in any government's interest?
