I know, but I don't see any other option as I don't want to take a signer with me and especially not a Jade, it has a camera on it and looks like something a spy would/could use😳😂.

You might divide your funds into many separate wallets and write down there seeds phrase in notebook and as per your requirement, you can access and use your funds.
