Yup! Homemade butter still doesn't last very long outside the fridge, but this does extend it by a day or two
It's why I use ghee. Seems to last forever
Sometimes you have to live a little. Yeah...water to seal it up. Still using kerrygold so not fully self sovereign yet haha!
