It's the sunset rush. All the tourists go down to Whitesand Beach to watch the sunset or take a sunset cruise in the sailboats. I don't usually go anywhere near thervat that time. Where I live on the island I don't even see many tourists or crowds, it's just that on area. It does get busy around Christmas holidays which is a massive occasion in the Philippines,as it's a Catholic country.
