I'd imagine it possible to look at Hayek's apparent views on Pinochet and transitional dictatorships as a means to an end?

I linked the above article as a bit of a troll really, while I see definite issues that the author notes as somewhat valid, his reasoning on their causes and then what solutions he advocates are not really mentioned. Maybe he is saving that for his book.
