Replying to Avatar Water Blower

A proof of concept of what I want in relay access control.

The admin should be able to set on per-kind scope and apply block-list of npubs to "Yes" items.

Read & Write should be separate.

Therefore, NIP-42 or similar authorization mechanism is a must.

I would love to have a relay with these feature. Even just showing it on the homepage would be awesome

Also with all this talk about NIP-42 I guess I should start adding it to noStrudel...
