Got some exceptionally great news last night and couldn’t let my family know till this AM.

Opportunity to move to Colorado and set up and maintain a ranch in Colorado😬 we leave next month!!!

The ranch is calling for an off grid solution…it’s been abandoned for the past decade. Was a cattle and horse ranch. Are you familiar with the area around the Yampa River along the 40?
