A gracious comment. I think thats happening to all of us a times and this weekend was fairly rough for many. I was keeping in touch with frazzled friend whose father was stuck in iran so I get it. I tend to consider outbursts online as possibly cathartic at times. Its for everyone to decide how to take them and maintain empathy. I hope current situation not affecting you or family negatively.

I am not Iranian nor do I have any family from there, however it profoundly affects me, more than conflicts that are more closely related to me for some reason.
Great choice of word to describe the outbursts.
In the moment, you want to inflict as much pain on those who do not sympathize or who question your outrage, but a few hours, days, weeks or even months or years later, you transcend that and grow.
Its almost as if one is burping to aid digestion...
The energies out there right now are affecting everyone in my opinion.
Some of us are just more receptive to those energies...
I got a bit wrapped up this weekend mostly cause injured back and so wasnt out so much. I therefore overlooked a simple rule have been trying to follow. I find any big sensational media flooding story that naturally illicits emotional response is worth trying to simply park for 3 days. It seems to pass the clickbait threshold requiment, and gets past the seeming guesswork that people are doing along the way. It seems to me, one gets a clearer picture of events and lower instinctive emotional reaction which is probably healthier. We are exposed to more information that we can really handle these days. Imagine someone in a major city only 100 years ago and how long news would take to reach them.
