natural selection, its kind of good as the dumb are being sterilized, but i couldnt live with myself to support or encourage it

Yep, not giving any energy towards fixing it either. The problem can be solved at it's roots, regrettably accept damage done until now and sweep under the rug. Symbolically, the do gooders in society should realize little to no assistance for extreme stupidity.
root of the problem i think goes far deeper than most would imagine, at one level you have a cultural problem with much of it coming from socialism but beneath that is a genetic one where because of low birth rates and high survival a lot of genetics that otherwise wouldnt be around are, i view it as a genetic degeneration in society, it will correct itself and its not going to be pretty as you see many of these people take positions of power, they will consciously or unconsciously push for mass destruction
