Missed this!
I’d benefit a lot from meditation since I have a really wild and busy mind. I am often lazy. But I think things like just listening to the sound of a forest for a few moments, can calm the mind very well. I think it’s not always about shutting the mind off, at least for me, sometimes it’s just listening somewhere peaceful and accepting what you think.
A breathing exercise after waking up sounds great. If you benefit from it, just do it when you feel like it! Well our bodies have different things to process everyday, so sometimes it can be really intense and helpful, sometimes it’s easy, sometimes you have no space to do it. That’s fine. No pressure with creating peace ✨
Maybe you had this experience because you had no expectations! Or this was a kind of conscious shift that happens once and changes you forever… 💫
I’m already seeing benefits from breathing exercises through yoga. I often forget to mindfully breathe there 😂🧘♀️
