Same. I left reddit for Bitcoin Twitter. Then left Bitcoin Twitter for Nostr. Things lined up in my personal life that made Nostr the place where I could develop a better relationship with the internet and improve my mental health.

And yeah, it's always hard for me to remember what it was like to be in the depths of doomscrolling and all the rest now that it's passed.
