If I ever get nostr famous and can stack a huge amount of sats from providing (arguable trash) value to many plebs, I'd put those sats to building and documenting a how-to of building your own Killdozer. I'm one of the few people who is capable of doing that, and once it is thoroughly documented, making your own armored vehicle would be significantly easier for many.

Modern updates in sensors and electronics would be a very good addition, though, I would build in redundancy due to the fact that in the near future, more EMP weapons will be available to those who might not want you, for the sake of argument, running a bulldozer through their police station for some weird reason.
