Maybe, but the stock market conforms to Alladin’s predictions rather than the opposite more every day, and the real estate market is joining in. I often think stock price movement is counter to every metric I analyze. Gee, I wonder why, but if Blackrock buys or sells billions of shares, that action creates its own market conditions.
i’m also concerned about so much power concentrated in the hands of one corporation!
