I don't know how famous this brand is outside of the Iberian Peninsula, but over here it's a staple. Far from me to shill a commercial product, but I've always been a fan of their kitchen knives. Great price point for the quality.

I found a set of six Japanese steak knives at a thrift store for $3. Infinitely better than what I was using before and I don't know if I'll ever wear them out. 😁

Good knives are worth the time and effort to acquire.
