Ok so does any nostr clients have the ability to filter content by language, or imply an open source autotranslator to English?

It is wonderful to see the ostriches of Brasil to flock here, but I havent a clue what they are all saying. My feed is full of their content. I have no idea what everyone is saying, but it looks cool.
