I've said this before. Here goes.

The early Internet was mostly like it is on #Nostr before #stupid was able to get online. It was not the wild west of the Internet. It was normal people figuring out how to communicate online, making errors, growing and discussing pretty much everything.

Once it became easy for "any idiot" to get online, they did come onine... that is when it descended into the utter trash we have now on mainstrream pretty-much-anything online these days from movies, to "tv", to video games, blah blah.

Stupid is as stupid does. Stupid is now in crontrol of mainstream content and it is geared for stupid because the audience is stupid.
