The spammer is only using 3 relays. At least they were last night.
And just because you don't have spam doesn't mean it's automatically a you or me problem.
The spammer is probably spamming the top 50 accounts or so. That's what I would do. Spam people that will complain and talk about it to get the most eyeballs on it. That way something gets done about it.
I don’t think it’s a me or you problem, but understanding who has spam or not is a good way to isolate the source.

I don't think they're spamming *everyone* though. It's a select subset of users.
Spammer is definitely avoiding my relay. Sneaky.
