I use the app Paced Breathing and do a 4.2 s inhale and 6.3 s exhale (this will be diff for you based on height so find what feels good).
This pace is shown to promote heart coherence, where the heart, mind, and emotions are in balance -- you're in flow🌊 I start my day with 6 min and 15 sec of this.
Followed some breathwork in this yoga video yesterday. Felt better right away.

It's very simple: just closing both nostrils with fingers, release one side, exhale, hold, then inhale, then switch to the other side. Repeat for about 8 times.
