Nice bird 😍

After some research on www.featherbase.info (I didn't know about this site yesterday) seems to fit buzzard (buteo buteo) and red kite (milvus milvus) feathers description, pattern and size.

Both look very similar. There's a slight difference on the stripes width.

Great info there.

Now I can see them side by side, it looks more like a red kite than a buzzard.

Yep, that slight difference on the stripe's width... I vote for red kite too
