The limits as set on my S9 were shot 90*C. That's a bit hot, IMO for most electronics. But, supposedly, if you've got enough airflow over them, or immersion cool them, that's fine.
That should be sufficient to build a blow-dryer / hair dryer.
Does it take long to reach the high temperature?
