If you are pro non violence (as your profile says), then you have to defend against aggression. If you don’t, the aggressor has no consequences. 3D printer gives everybody the freedom, not to be in a disadvantage. Aka don’t bring a knife to a gunfight. Same rules for everybody.

You are a funny dude. Non-violence and a weopen can not belong to the same person. When someone robs me I call the police.

Defending is not the same as initiating violence. This is the difference why is not called aggression. :)

True. But non-violent is what Ghandi demonstrated the world. Respect the dignity of everyone as your own. And lead with a good example of deescalation through decisive deescalative action.

And I can not remember any situation in my life, where I would have needed a weapon. So why would you want to motivate peacful communities to arm them personally?
