Seems they would be acting against self interest if they themselves submitted the transactions and had to pay the high fees. They would run out of money. Mining is a blood sport. My two Sats ✌️

they would recoup this money by all the people who would be willing to pay high fees to move their sats, because said fees will go to the miners' pocket. also my 2 sats, not saying that's feasible or profitable. just a thought
