You can’t predict when and why it will be closed! Rare cases! He also has a private key so his funds are safe 😉
P.S. have these channels for months and it hasn’t been closed 🤷♂️

Had to recover by importing into Sparrow.
Phoenix indicated “Channel closing” long after it closed.
And forced channel closure is not rare at all!
Look at any node on Amboss - from bigges, centralised to smallest, remote: their Closed Channels list is filled with forced closures.
That’s a lot of sats involuntarily swiped to miners by the LN from everyone trying to “stack sats”.
