It was a shock when I found out about this. I have lived in Japan before and they are a strange bunch to be honest. Great food though 👍

Everything I’ve heard from friends about the place sounds incredible and very different to the west. I’m really hoping I get some gigs over there soon, the label actually has a decent following out there so there’s a chance it could happen, all comes down to budgets.
How long were you out there?
The first time I was in Japan was 20 plus years ago, and I will never forget as a young Western guy going there, and been blown away by how different it was. It felt like walking into the movie 'Blade Runner'. If you ever get a chance, go 💯, it's an amazing experience. It is super expensive for sure, I could only afford it at the time as I had a Japanese girlfriend. I spent about a year there over three visits back in the day.
