Looks like it might be a Damus thing. I don’t think so on the other profile, but someone else wouldn’t be able to set one up as me would they?

Yeah - looks like a Damus bug.

Anyone can discover an unused npub & copy the details in your profile (Nostr is permissionless). Getting discovered that way is pretty hard though.

What they can't do is verify themselves with your verifier of choice. Your profile says that you're using Nostrverified.com with susiebdds as a username. Unfortunately it doesn't look like your username exists on their site's XML file or you're npub doesn't match the npub that they have recorded in there. Essentially you look like an impersonator (note the red exclamation mark in the screenshot).

To fix you can login to Nostrverified.com and update/register susiebdds or you can register with another verifier (eg nostrplebs.com ) & update your profile.
