Why are you drinking anotber species milk? Nature designed that stuff to take a little bitty baby cow and turn it into a huuuuge bovine. You are not a bitty baby nor a cow. The cow milk seems unnecessary . I mean drink it if you like. Lord knows we put far less healthy things in our bodies but ... Food for thought
