Number 2 makes it think of a local music store. Only one for miles around, they’ve got the market. The inside is fine, but the outside is so run down. Simple stuff like a paint job and some weeding, dirty windows, faded posters in the window.

Drives me nut!!! Sometimes I’m almost tempted to do it for them during the night 😂
