🤷‍♂️ I heard so many people talking about it the last few years on bitcoin twitter. I originally thought it was some kind of a meme or a joke I wasn't in on. I tried it and was immediately hooked. The feeling is palpable. I ended up googling it and found some stuff out there but don't really remember sources. Only advice is go slow at first. Just a few minutes at a time and work your way up to longer. You got this! ☀🏀🏀

It truly wasn't that long ago and we could go back if we'd just stay away from the poison food dealers and start cooking for ourselves and reject deadly big pharma.
