why would raw meat require a lipid panel?
When you only eat raw meat and nothing else you might want to have a check from time to time.
1. whether meat is raw or cooked it makes no difference when it comes to triglycerides and cholesterol.
2. High Cholesterol does not cause heart disease. The study was found to be false. The AHA was paid off by the sugar industry to lie and say that a high fat diet causes heart disease when in fact its a low fat high carb diet that contributes to heart disease.
