Nostur has a “media” tab on profiles that shows a gallery/grid view, but it’s not very responsive.

Click a profile, there's a gallery tab. If a user has a gallery it will load (check mine for example). In 0.89.8 (preview) they load a lot faster also.

These are curatable, meaning users can decide what to put in their gallery so not every screenshot etc lands there.
