Do you suppose the Drivechains urgency is bc the halving is approaching, and economic nodes propagating fee-laden transactions becomes more important to miner profit model?

I think he's pushing it now because of the halving. But I don't think miners need more incentives. Optimize or die is the creative destruction that makes Bitcoin better.

If this shitcoinery is all that keeps miners profitable then they should disappear. ☕
