What about the judicial system and the department of defense? I thought taxes supported those things.

I don’t consider most of their actions moral or ethical either.

Do you think we would be better off without them? They seem essential to me.

I think the entire world would be better off without the comedically named Dept of Defense. They are responsible for 95% of the global wars and armed conflicts. They defend nothing, they start wars, and they sell our military technology (which should be used to enforce peace globally) to hostile nations so that the threat of war always exists. This leads to the need for fiat money printing to fund it all.

The judicial system should be for enforcing property rights and nothing else. It’s become a two tiered, selectively enforced tool for the intelligence agencies and wealthy interests to enforce their preferred agendas. It’s beyond corrupt and overused.

I see. And do you think the world is better or worse than it used to be?

This is a multi-faceted question. There are so many areas of life and culture that would warrant different responses. Different answers in different jurisdictions. I can, however, unequivocally say that fiat money has caused more death and destruction than otherwise would have happened. I think the fiat money era will be looked at as a dark ages era.

Hmm I see. Fiat certainly has problems.

What happened before 1913? Did we not have those services back then?

I think the justice system was built into the country’s founding. Inspired by existing ideas, of course.

Most of the money spent by the department of defense is not spent in defense of our country.
