I think you’re asking for having the contact list locally? Damus only ever sends to the fixed relay list once its loaded

It is about customized relay. I added my private relay only, but everything time I reopen damus, the relay list change to default or sync from somewhere
We will switch to local relay list loading, but we always need to bootstrap first if we don’t have a stored relay list. The only way to fix that is to have an option to choose the bootstrap relays on first install.
