An app that helps Bitcoiners coordinate this would be useful. I know people who have shared their space with other Bitcoiners.
Eventually, I can see a world of Bitcoin citadels, running separate, but parallel to the CBDC social credit run shit show world.
I suspect that once bitcoin price gets much closer to it's true value, some Bitcoiners will acquire more access to land.
Long term & short term rentals would be cool.
Ability to use nostr & pay in bitcoin would be a good filter for applicants. Multisig bond release?
