Laser, this looks good man…
The preferred STRK shares have an 8% dividend with a perpetual call option, so you can always convert 1 STRK to 0.1 MSTR at $1000/share (no provisional call price, ie gains not capped).
So you get fixed income, the 8% dividend, PLUS bitcoin upside exposure, nuts.
Haven't thought much about it.
I hold $MSTR and dont have any plans to make a big change.
