My kid's been begging to make beef Wellington for over a year, so we finally decided to let him have a go at it for Easter. Took all day but he didn't disappoint with the final product. Pretty mean plate of steak and eggs... #foodstr

Yea...I won't say I was 100% confident buying the tenderloin, but figured it was worth letting him play around. 8 hours not spent on the PS5 anyway.
