Glad you're working it in throughout the day!

I did this for the first time in October and it forced me to find new exercises to do because I was running out of workouts early in the week.

I also went a little too hard to start so I had to rotate to body parts I don't always use. Walking is your friend. 😁

Excited to see what we can learn from each other this month.
