Fatigue, irritability, endurance, focus, and possibly some issues in the restroom tho that is hard to say with certainty. I've changed lots of things that could have impacted that.

I'm a big fan of the citrus and honestly that's the only one I've had. According to Huberman they're all good, but I take a lot of what he says with a grain of salt.
