Minimalist to me also has a wider meaning going into relationships and how to carry yourself stoic as example

My simple opinion of course
Mouse trap or wheel are minimalist and trying to create the mouse trap or wheel cheaper than competitors is frugal.. kinda sorta different take?
Frugality is not wanting to spend a lot of money. Minimalism is not wanting to own a lot of possessions.
You can be frugal but own a bunch of clutter and junk. You can be a minimalist who spends a ton of money on the few items you opt to have.
