How the fuck does this happen? Where is the oversight?

It’s hilarious but a sad commentary on where science is. Or at least might be for some scientists/researchers.

I don’t have any clue. As a person who’s in the academy, I’m not surprised, though. Like the Nietzsche said back in the day, quality of the education is decreasing due to quantity of the schools are increasing.
