My interpretation was that Millennials are the hero generation and to do the hard work during the crisis while Gen X are the Nomads who are the leaders during the crisis.
ahh I didn't take it to that extreme but you could be right. I thought of it as the occasional grey champion more than the suite of leaders
The mellenials will have to do it. Gen X (me) doesn't care (suck it up buttercup), and Gen Z is ruined by vaccines.
