What does it mean if Google write you an email, telling you they move your account from country A to Country B ...

Google wrote me a email telling me they will move my account fom Germany to Kenya. I think this is not good, Kenya has no laws, so they can do anything. The other thing is, what happens to my Data on the account and my subscription?
