Maybe but doubtful. It’s basic math. You have a mortgage with 6% interest rate and something that grows at least 40% annually. It makes no sense to sell the thin that is going well when you can just borrow that thing which is losing value. 🤷‍♂️

But I don’t know.. maybe there are idiots out there.
